These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website, www.elizabeth-m.com, and to all appointments, purchases and communications with ER Skin Specialists ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the website, booking a treatment or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Us

Elizabeth M Skincare is an independent skincare clinic based in Edinburgh, offering professional skincare advice, treatments, and consultations.

2. Website Use

You must use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or engaging in any activity that interferes with its functionality.

We reserve the right to make changes to the site or withdraw access without notice.

3. Booking & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• You may be required to pay a deposit to secure your appointment.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

• If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened or cancelled at our discretion.

4. Skin Health & Medical Information

Before receiving any treatment, you may be asked to complete a consultation form to ensure your chosen service is appropriate for you. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect treatment outcomes or safety.

We reserve the right to refuse or adjust treatment if we believe it may not be suitable for your skin or health.

5. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Advance booking is required when using your gift voucher. Please call Mulberry House on 0131 225 2012​ to book your consultation and/or facial. Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used and quote your voucher number and present it to a member of staff on arrival. 

6. Products & Orders (if applicable)

• All products are subject to availability and descriptions are accurate at the time of listing.

• Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

• If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

7. Liability

We make every effort to provide high-quality treatments and services. However, we are not liable for:

• Any adverse reactions or results that occur due to undisclosed medical conditions or contraindications

• Loss, damage, or injury resulting from use of the Site or from treatments received, except where caused by our proven negligence

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from late, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments
